CoachArt looks for coaches, teachers and experienced professionals to donate lessons to disadvantaged, pediatric and adolescent patients with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. CoachArt works with patients who have insufficient means to engage in extracurricular activities on their own. Most of our patients:

1. Cannot afford to pay for the lessons; and/or
2. Do not have access to transportation to get to a lesson.

Coaches with a wide range of skills in the arts and athletics are encouraged to volunteer to teach outpatient lessons. Examples of current lessons include art, music, dance, yoga, cooking, drama, tennis, photography, karate, and horseback riding.
