Day of Giving

lululemon athletica of Beverly Hills and Shari Berkowitz, of LA based pilates studio The Vertical Workshop, are rallying the entire Los Angeles fitness community to raise awareness for CoachArt with a Day of Giving event on December 1st 2009.  Local yoga and pliates studios, gyms, and personal trainers will contribute to the awareness building campaign by donating a percentage of their day’s proceeds to CoachArt, getting their clients to sign up as program volunteers or holding a supply drive to collect art and athletic equipment for CoachArt students.  Participants raising the most donations, registering the most volunteers or collecting the most materials for CoachArt will be recognized by lululemon and will be featured in print and electronic fitness publications.
